Pokemon NKP Edition is a ROM hack based on Pokémon FireRed, created by the fan community with many significant improvements. The game brings a deeper experience in both story and gameplay, suitable for players who want to explore Pokémon in a completely new way.
Not simply capturing Pokémon and fighting to become a champion, NKP Edition puts players in the role of a character trying to save the life of his sister with cancer. That journey is associated with mysterious organizations such as Team Rocket and Men of Origin, along with moral choices: will you choose to become a hero or trade everything to win?
The game explores the depth of the Pokémon world - from the birth of Mew and Mewtwo, to the scientific conspiracies behind the Kanto region. A mature, new storyline compared to the originals.
NKP Edition not only changes the content, but also significantly upgrades the gameplay:

The difficulty of the game is also significantly increased: stronger trainers, higher-level wild Pokémon, and limited support items. This makes each battle tactical and unpredictable.
